The airport here in Taipei has a transit program that offers a free tour of the city when you have a long layover. We signed up before we left home and it worked out perfect. We tried to doze during the morning and succeeded as much as you can in an airport. We showed up for the 1:45pm tour with just a few other people. It was hard to stay awake on the shuttle but we really enjoyed the tour. Now we are in the Priority Pass club waiting 4 more hours for our flight. I'm sure there will be more napping! We have two seperate layovers in Canada before our final flight home. We can hardly wait for our own bed!

This trip to Southeast Asia was magical. We enjoyed every moment of it and are so thankful to the Martins for letting us tag along!
